1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop staudenmann-jewellery.com, operated by Staudenmann Studio GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland (CHE-197.520.077).

2. Offer and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. All orders are shipped only after successful payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in CHF (Switzerland/Liechtenstein) or EUR (European Union) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Payment is possible with the methods offered at checkout (cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). We do not offer purchase on invoice.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Delivery within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free; EU orders are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. For deliveries to the EU, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply and are borne by the customer.

5. Returns

See our Returns policy. Return shipping costs and any import duties/customs fees for returns are borne by the customer.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
