• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: always free. Delivery within up to 4 working days.
• European Union: flat rate CHF 14.50 (shown in EUR at checkout). Delivery within up to 10 working days.

Orders are prepared and shipped only after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

EU orders: depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery; these are borne by the customer. The same applies to any duties arising on returns.
